Symptom

After the 1H 2026 release, the placeholder date format for new record input in HRIS effective dated entities changed from "dd MMM yyyy" to "e.g. 31 Dec 2026"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Employee Profile.
  2. Select HRIS Entity e.g. Personal Information
  3. Create a new record
  4. Observe the fixed placeholder date format displayed for new record input

This is expected Date format after 1H 2026 release for Latest People Profile actions.
