Symptom
Payment information is not getting saved at all. If the information is entered by the Onboardee in Personal Data Collection or added by the admin through "Add New Recruit Data" in EC.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Login as candidate and provide Payment Information in PDC Step in Onboarding. Go back and check if the information is saved, but it goes missing.
- Try to enter user directly in Employee Central "Add New EMployee" page. After saving user data in EC, try to check the Payment Information again. It will not be there.
- Payment information does not save.
Cause
Configuration issue in Manage UI.
Resolution
please add a group in the UI screen and include all properties related to bank details within one group. Then, edit the group property to enable the "Is collection" option and set the "collection resolver" to PaymentInformationDetailV3.
