3677213 - Quantity field is not editable in "EWM inspection" screen in QA11 transaction

Symptom

During Usage Decision process for an EWM inspection lot in QA11 transaction, you use "EWM inspection" button for partial decision posting. For one of the stock lines, you need to split the quantity to post different UD / follow-up codes. System allows you to create a new line, but the quantity field is not editable so you can't set the respective amounts.
