3677215 - To be hired is not updated when Onboarding is done via API - Employee Central

To be hired and/or Position Follow-up processes are not getting triggered when employee is hired via Onboarding when using APIs to perform the Onboarding Actions.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
• Position Management

This is expected behavior of system, for Position Management system only supports API directly in Employee Central entities. 

Position Management will not trigger follow-up processes in case API change the Onboarding entities to hire or update candidate data.

For these type of candidates manual update is necessary in Position to update the to be hired flag.
