3677226 - Team members displayed without hierarchy in Overdue Training Reminder

Symptom

When reportingLevelsToDisplay is different than 1, all team members under a specific manager, including both direct and indirect reports, are displayed in the "Review and Send Reminder" tab. This page does not differentiate between direct and indirect reports. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
  2. Open LMS_ADMIN in Edit mode >
  3. Set the reportingLevelsToDisplay property to a value different than 1 > click on 'Apply Changes' >
  4. As a manager, navigate to the Learning Home Page and click on "x team members have overdue training. Send a reminder" >
  5. The "Review and Send Reminder" tab will open for the manager to send overdue training notifications >
  6. Observe that all team members under a manager, including both direct and indirect reports, are displayed without hierarchy differentiation.

Cause

This is a product limitation.

Resolution

Product manager has confirmed it is not in the product roadmap to display hierarchies in this page.
