3677232 - Interpretation Algorithm 036 doesn't clear open items with BELNR search

Symptom

The user executes FF_5 (or FF67) to process EBS items. In the input screen, only the BELNR number range field is filled.
In OT83, the Interpretation Algorithm used is "036 - Extended Search Function for Payment Advices".

The EBS program fails to clear the open items as the algorithm doesn't find any documents.
