Updated Instructions and Help texts are not visible in the compensation form but are visible in Executive Review

• Launch a compensation form
• update instructions in the template configuration
• Check the instructions panel for the update in the form. 
• The updated instructions do not reflect in the form
• Check the instructions panel in Executive Review
• The updates to the instructions reflect in the Executive Review

Expected system behavior

Any changes made to the configuration such as changes to instructions, will not be applicable to the already launched forms. So if the instructions are to be updated in the launched forms then the forms should be deleted and relaunched.

However, the configuration changes do reflect in Executive Review.

Though this appears like an inconsistency in the way instructions get updated in the Executive review and not in the already launched form, it is a standard system behavior.

Executive Review always refers to the latest template configuration and forms refer to the configuration at the time of launch that's how the product is designed. This is the reason why it is not recommended to make changes to the template configurations after the compensation forms are launched.
