3677275 - FTE value changes to 0 during internal transfer/crossboarding initiated via Recruiting

Symptom

  • When crossboarding is initiated for internal transfers from Recruiting, the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) value is changed to 0.
  • FTE should remain as 1.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate onboarding for an internal transfer within recruiting.
  2. Navigate to the employee profile and check the job information history.
  3. Observe that the FTE value in job information has been updated to 0.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.

Workaround:

Option 1. Pass the FTE from RCM
Option 2. Configure a rule to copy the FTE value from position to job
Option 3. Update the FTE value manually
