3677303 - 360° Evaluation form does not automatically go to the completed folder after completion by evaluator

• 360 evaluation forms remain in the inbox of participants after submission.
• Submitted forms do not update their status to "Completed" in the evaluation summary.
• External raters receive a confirmation message stating "Thank You for responding. Your response has been recorded successfully" but can still access the form in their inbox.
