Symptom

Enable automatic initiation for onboarding checkbox missing in onboarding integration setup.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Navigate to Onboarding Integration Setup and check the options.
  3. Observe that the "Enable Automatic Initiation for Onboarding" checkbox is missing.

Cause

The Latest Applicant Workbench is not enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Candidate Summary section.

  3. Ensure that the option Enable Latest Applicant Workbench is selected.

  4. Once enabled, go to Recruiting > Job Requisitions tab.

  5. Select the Candidates option.

  6. Enable the toggle New Applicant Management Experience.

Note

  • The New Applicant Management Experience must remain enabled at all times for the Enable Automatic Initiation for Onboarding option to be displayed under Onboarding Integration Setup.

  • If the option still does not appear after enabling the settings, log out and log back in to refresh the configuration.
