3677466 - How to Render the Rich Text (WYSIWYG) Editor for the BannerComponent Content Field in SmartEdit

Symptom

In SmartEdit, the content field of the BannerComponent renders as a simple text editor instead of a Rich Text WYSIWYG editor. In the deprecated CMS Cockpit, the same field uses a RichText editor (WYSIWYG).
