3677551 - Error "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found" when loading biprws URL

Symptom

  • Received below error when loading restful web service (biprws) URL in a browser’s tab:
       " HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
         Type Status Report
         Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists."
  • Received below error when accessing BI Launchpad URL
    Error "Logon failed for RESTful Web Services. Contact system administrator."
