3677596 - Subscription Failed: Unable to Subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation (Plan: build-default)

• While running the booster for SAP Process Automation and get the error "Subscription Failed - Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component: BPI-PA".
  
• When checking internal logs from SAP Support, following error can be seen:
  
  Subscribe failed in create callback. Parameters: rootSubscription: RootSubscription : { xsuaaAppId: xsuaaXXXXX, consumerTenant: XXXXX, subdomain: XXXXX }. Error: CorrelationId: XXXXXX, Please open a support case for application/service SAP Process Automation with appName: process-automation, using the component: BPI-PA. Failed to call callback. URL: PUT https://<domainame>/callback/v1.0/tenants/XXXXXXXXXXX. Consumer tenant: XXXXXXXXXXX. Callback response: IAS is not configured. Please configure the IAS to subscribe to build-default.. status code: 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
