3677713 - Different DocuSign email templates for RCM and Onboarding - Onboarding

Change the email content and layout for DocuSign mails in SuccessFactors.
Is it possible to send customize DocuSign email for Onboarding and Recruiting? When Onboarding candidate receive email for eSignature, Onboarding should have its own branding. When email for Recruiting eSignature should trigger, it should have Recruiting branding.

Currently this is not possible. It is a system limitation.

The text is called emailBlurb which is hardcoded in the API code. 

Docusign uses the email text saved/customized, in docusign only if the email text is not passed in the signing request. 

Onboarding always pass the emailSubject and emailBody in the docusign request. As in this case email text is always passed by onboarding, the branding text is getting overridden.

This emailSubject and body is currently not customizable. We need an enhancement to allow customization of these two fields in onboarding and also need to add a capability to apply any selected/given branding to the docusign emails. This is known issue that SFSF that email notification content are not customizable and DocuSign API does not have capability to apply the selected branding info from DocuSign account. 

Possible Workaround: 

Engineering Team has created an enhancement request for the same. This is a part of the future roadmap. 

For now, DocuSign Engineering Team has provided a workaround to update the hard-coded DocuSign Email Messages (SF Keys).

Using ‘Admin Center -> Manage Languages’ the text for SF-Message keys can be updated.

You can update the Email Subject and Email Body in DocuSign by updating the keys [1] in ‘Admin Center-> Manage languages’.
