3677865 - AI-Assisted Skills Standardization - Talent Intelligence Hub

When enabling the addition of skills from resumes to the Growth Portfolio, it requires skill standardization. 

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Use the Skills Standardization Import to standardize skill names in the Attributes Library to standard names in the SuccessFactors skills taxonomy. The file can be downloaded from the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub Import Files prior to the import.

Talent Intelligence Hub Skills Standardization: This feature enables importing Standardization values. The import file requires the following fields:

• external ID - External ID of the Skill in attribute library
• customLabel - Supported values for Standardization 
  • S - Standardize the name to the name from SuccessFactors skills taxonomy. This will overwrite your existing Skill name and will have a mapping to the name from SuccessFactors skills taxonomy.
  • C - Standardize with your custom name to the name from SuccessFactors skills taxonomy. This will retain your existing name but will have a mapping to the name from SuccessFactors skills taxonomy.
  • U - Unstandardize the previously Standardized names. This will remove the mapping to the name from SuccessFactors skills taxonomy.
