3677875 - Color change under the image of course details page after the 2511 upgrade

Since the 2511 release, the color under the image in the course details page has changed. Color under the image appears light blue instead of white/transparent when the image does not fit exactly in the frame.

This scenario affects all default courses images and images with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Images that are 180x180 pixels are not affected.

1. Navigate to Learning > Open any course from the Learning Home Page or from the Library > 
2. In the course details view, observe the color under the course's image is blue.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation, and the fix is currently scheduled to be delivered with the 2605 Learning system version.
