Symptom

A given Storage Type uses fixed bins and flag 'Don't Assign Fixed Bin Automatically' is not checked.

When performing Physical Inventory of a given material that is found physically on a bin, but currently has no /SCWM/BINMAT entries, system creates a fixed bin assignment in /SCWM/BINMAT.
