3677904 - Billing Element for project definition incorrectly set to "Yes" after migration of Project with Revenue

After the migration of a Project with Revenue via "Migrate Your Data - Migration Cockpit" app, notice the project definition has Billing Element automatically set to "Yes", even though this flag was not checked in the imported source file. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Prepare the source XML file using migration template for Project/WBS elements
2. Use the "Migrate Your Data - Migration Cockpit" app to migrate the project
3. Observe the "Billing Element" flag was automatically set to "Yes" for the project definition, even though the flag was marked only for lower level WBS elements

This is a known issue that occurs when migrating a Project with Revenue with "Released" status.

The correction was delivered with CFD 2508.4 over the weekend of December 13.

For the existing WBS elements, manually change the billing element structure in the "Project Planning" app.
