3677954 - Trend information cards display nothing on the Latest People Profile- 2H2025

Symptom

There is trend information on legacy people profile, but when switching to the latest people profile, trend information cards display nothing.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On legacy people profile, trend information blocks have information displayed.
  2. Switch to the latest people profile, trend information blocks display nothing.

Cause

It is due to 2H2025 upgrade. Please refer to Configuring Trend Information Cards for Full Profile | SAP Help Portal 

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center  Configure Latest People Profile  Full Profile  Performance and Goals.
  2. On the Trend Information card, select the Edit Trend Information icon.
  3. Under the General Information section, configure whether different types of form-related information is show
