3678015 - T-codes: KE21 and KE23 not usable after upgrade to S/4 core 108

Symptom

After upgrading the system from ECC to S/4 Core 108, transaction codes KE21 and KE23 are no longer usable. Error message "SFIN_FI004" is displayed when attempting to use these transaction codes.
