Symptom

    User assignment display header is different between user with single assignment and user who has concurrent employment

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Latest People Profile

    Reproducing the Issue

    • If user has only one employment, under employment differentiator fields, "department" is displayed.

    • If user has multiple employments, under employment differentiator fields, "location" is displayed.

    Cause

    This is expected behaviour.

    Resolution

    • When user has only single employment, title and department make sense. However, when the user has multiple employments we intended to provide more meaningful information that would help to easily differentiate employments which often times is the location.
