3678028 - Intercompany sales order update failed after removing the committed quantity of PO item

Symptom

For the advanced intercompany sales or intercompany stock transfer process, after the purchase order creation, system would auto create the intercompany sales order. Then due to stock change, there is now no committed quantity anymore of the PO item which would cause an update to the intercompany sales order as well. But the update is failed.
