3678040 - EC Alerts not triggering after 2H2025 release

Symptom

EC Alerts are not triggering after 2H2025 release. Pending alerts are not visible under Manage Alerts and Notifications.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into system.
  2. Go to Manage Alerts and Notifications.
  3. Search for affected user for whom alert should have triggered.
  4. Alert notification is not triggered under Manage Alerts and Notifications.

Cause

Engineering is investigating the issue.
