Symptom

When attempting to submit STP via PB2A, the error "Communication error between ERP - CPI" occurs.

The detailed error message includes the following text:

  • SSL handshake with [CPI tenant URL] failed: SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED
  • ERROR: The verified certificate chain is complete but no certificate is trusted
  • Issuer: CN=DigiCert G5 TLS RSA4096 SHA384 2021 CA1.
