Validate that all prerequisites for contract deletion are met.

To archive or delete a contract, ensure that all required prerequisites are fulfilled. Please check the following items:

1. if any open items in customer/vendor account exists;
2. if any open valuation for the asset exists;
3. if any sub-contract exists;
4. if contract is part of any other contract;
5. if contract termination date is in the future;
6. if all evaluation cashflow items are posted;
7. if all cashflow items are posted;
8. if contract is part of any adjustment;
9. if contract is part of any settlement rule;
10. if contract is part of any incomplete sales-based rent settlement;
11. if contract is part of any service charges settlement;
