3678348 - Time for order date in PO is defaulted to 12PM in SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network

Symptom

When sending Purchase Orders from my SAP ECC system, I observe the following behavior:

  • The time component for the order date in the outbound cXML OrderRequest is consistently defaulted to 12:00:00 PM.
  • This occurs when the time is missing in the inbound Purchase Order IDoc (ARBCIG_ORDERS).
