3678362 - Material item category cannot be choosen manually in the webdynpro application "Create/Change Task List"

Symptom

Unlike in the GUI transactions for creating and changing task lists, in the WebDynpro application W0021 "Create Task List"/"Change Task List" it is not possible to manually select the material item category. The column "Item category" is greyed out and cannot be modified manually.
