3678537 - For Global Assignment users, ID not updated in header and spotlight for the Latest People Profile - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

  • When change to Host Assignment profile, the ID on the header doesn't update the ID from XXXXX to XXXXX-1 in the header and spotlight
  • In the Search is possible to see that XXXXX-1 username 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the affected user
  2. Check the header and spotlight
  3. Change to the Host Assignment
  4. The username does not reflect the updated ID XXXXX-1

Cause

  • Expected behavior in Latest People Profile.

Resolution

  • In the header of the Latest People Profile, the system displays the Login Name instead of the username.
  • This behavior is valid for users with multiple employments as well.
