3678551 - When viewing the meeting schedule with the eye icon and then pressing the Esc key, the scheduled meeting disappears in the Schedule Meetings task - Onboarding

• When completing the Schedule Onboarding Meetings task and selecting a scheduled meeting, clicking View the Meeting Schedule (eye icon) displays the meeting details.
• Closing the dialog box using the Esc key instead of clicking the Done button causes the meeting to disappear entirely from the list.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open the Schedule Onboarding Meetings task for the new hire.
2. Add a meeting.
3. Once the meeting is created, click the eye icon to view the meeting schedule.
4. Close the dialog box using the Esc key on the keyboard instead of clicking the Done button.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Close the View Meeting using the Done button instead of the Esc key.
