3678555 - Payment information portlet display's error 400 when we click on View all "com.successfactors.mdfrest.permission.MDFRestPermissionProvider.getInstanceLevelFieldPermissionMap"-2H 2025

When attempting to click ‘View All’ within the Payment Information portlet, the system displays a error 400 (Issues have occurred in the Configuration UI metadata transformer: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.mdfrest.permission.MDFRestPermissionProvider.getInstanceLevelFieldPermissionMap(com.successfactors.mdfrest.api.model.MDFEntity)" because "permissionProvider" is null).

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login as Admin user.
2. Enable the latest people profile from company system and logo settings.
3. Go to profile : "AAA".
4. Go to Personal data section then to Payment Information.
5. Click on view all No data is displayed and an error message is displayed (Error Code: 400).
   • Issues have occurred in the Configuration UI metadata transformer: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.mdfrest.permission.MDFRestPermissionProvider.getInstanceLevelFieldPermissionMap(com.successfactors.mdfrest.api.model.MDFEntity)" because "permissionProvider" is null.
6. It is working fine in PP3 (legacy people profile) and Poxy as the user "AAA" in Latest people profile.
