Operators can see fields for both types of applicants (internal and external). Is it possible to control the field visibility of operators according to candidate type (internal/external)?

This is currently considered a system limitation.

At the moment fields can be only hidden from candidates view based on their candidate type. The system currently don't have the same functionality for operator's view.

The operator's field permissions defined in XML template will apply to both external and internal applications.
