3678629 - Sold-to partner validation based on sales area in S4 CRM

When using a sales organization which is not associated with the Sold-to party in the S4CRM document, the Sold-to partner is not validated against the Sales Area, only the Bill-To Party and Payer are validated based on the sales area and displays the error message 'COM_PARTNER 823  &1 hasn't been maintained in sales area &2 &3 &4' (COM_PARTNER 823).
