Symptom
- When a user receives and accepts an incoming CTI phone call or manually attempts to create a phone call interaction, the system displays the error message: "Failed to create an interaction".
- The following error code and validation messages are displayed:

phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Owner ID."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Account."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Account ID."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Contact."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Contact ID."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Call Results."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Sales Organization."phoneService_propertyValidation.1004: "Enter Sales Organization ID."
- Error Code:
- The CTI is functioning correctly, and the contact is identified within the Customer Hub. However, the interaction fails due to validation errors on certain fields.
