3678662 - Missing DPCS System Statuses in Base Status Set After Enabling Data Privacy Consent Statement 2.0 - Recruiting Management

Symptom

After enabling 'Data Privacy Consent Statement 2.0', the following system statuses are not automatically added to the Base Status Set.

  • Deleted On Demand by Candidate
  • Deleted On Demand by Admin
  • Declined DPCS

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Provisioning > Company Settings, enable 'Data Privacy Consent Statement 2.0'.
  2. Verify the Base Status Set configuration under 'Applicant Status Configuration'.
  3. Observe that the following statuses are missing:
  • Deleted On Demand by Candidate
  • Deleted On Demand by Admin
  • Declined DPCS

Cause

  • The DPCS Version for Recruiting Management is set to DPCS 1 in provisioning.
  • The external and internal data privacy settings are not enabled.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Provisioning > Managing Recruiting > Edit Candidate Privacy Options.
  2. In the 'Data Privacy Settings' section, change the DPCS Version to DPCS 2.
  3. Select 'Enable external data privacy agreement set up' and/or 'Enable internal data privacy agreement set up' depending on business requirements.
  4. Save the settings.
