3678672 - Missing "approval details" and "flexible workflow" tabs in purchase order workflow - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Tabs "Approval Details" in Manage Purchase Orders and "Flexible Workflow" in Create Purchase Order - Advanced are missing when creating and displaying purchase orders.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Purchase Orders (F0842A) app and create or display a Purchase Order.
2. Observe that the "Approval Details" facet (tab) is missing in the Object Page.
3. Access the backend transaction ME21N in the Production environment.
4. Observe that the "Approval Details" section is also missing.

• Missing configuration in Activate Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders.
• SSCUI 101097 configurations in the Test system were not transported to the Production system, leading to inconsistency between the Test and Production environments.

1. Navigate to SSCUI 101097 Activate Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders.
2. Select the relevant Purchase Order document type item where the workflow is intended to be used.
3. Save the configuration.

Notes: Similarly, for any document type where the workflow is not desired, the checkbox can be left unchecked.
