Admins are managing permissions in roles, and want to know what is controlled by permission "Add Security Clearance Type".

And the Security Clearance Type is a field only used in Job Classifications.

Note: Learning has job classification profiles because they are left over from Plateau Learning Management System, before it was purchased by SAP SuccessFactors. 

You can still use profiles to create a picture of the job profile, but Learning uses the information as read-only.
