Symptom

  • ProcurementMasterDataImport transaction fails with Error message: Standard mappings not available or not configured for the Buyer ANXXXXXXXXXXX - realmID.. Suggested Action: Please validate if the configured AddOn version is correct by clicking on your profile Basic Data. ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00613. 
  • Error occurs in Transaction Tracker when attempting to import Master Data from SAP ECC/SAP S4HANA to SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing via SAP Managed Gateway for Spend and Business Network.
  • Error occurs while using middleware or HTTPS Transport to post the transaction to SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network.
