3678806 - Course title not displaying correctly for certain users in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Some users experience an issue where the course title is not displayed correctly in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Instead of the course title, the course ID is shown. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access SAP SuccessFactors. 
2. Navigate to Learning module.
3. Look for the courses under the learning sections or search in the library 
4. Observe that the courses are displayed with their IDs instead of their titles.

• The course title translation might not be maintained in all available locales.
• The course title translation is missing in the user's preference locale. 

Kindly verify the course title translation maintained for all locales and the user's preference locale. If the course title translation is missing in the user's preference locale, maintain the translation for the required locale. 

1. To check the user preference: Navigate to Learning Administration-> People-> Users-> Search for the relevant user and open the record-> Select the 'Preference' tab and look for the Active Locale ID. 
2. To check and update the course title translations: Navigate to Learning Administration-> Learning Activities-> Items->  Search for the relevant item and open the record-> Locate the title field and click 'Translate (Globe icon)'-> Update the title for the required locales.
