3678825 - Mass Data Management is not loading when special character is included in the label - 2H 2025

In Mass Data Management, when creating with Job relationship category and selecting Job relationship type with special characters like "/,- etc.,.", the page is not performing any action.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Mass Data Management

1. Go to the Mass Data Management tool.
2. On the tool’s main dashboard or navigation menu, click on “Create” to begin a new mass data action.
3. Set the Category to Job Relationship.
4. For Job Relationship Type, select from the dropdown (For example HRBP/HR manager consisting special character).
5. At the bottom of the pop-up, click on “Create” to complete the action -> No action happens on the screen.

• This is planned to be enhanced in 1H 2026 release.
• Please reach out to your CSM/CEE to track the progress of the enhancement 'ECT-263526'
• Workaround: Remove the special characters in the labels.
