3678826 - Grid scroll bar not functioning post 2H 2025 release in Matrix Grid Rating Scale

Symptom

  • The vertical scroll bar in the grid rating scales is not functioning correctly after the 2H 2025 release.
  • The scroll bar moves ratings for other languages but does not function for the en_US language.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the system.
  2. Navigate to the grid rating scales.
  3. Go to the any components and attempt to edit the rating scale.
  4. Observe that the vertical scroll bar only moves ratings for other languages but not for en_US.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
