Symptom

During execution of task list SAP_SUPPORT_HUB_CONFIG SAP the following message errors appears

SAP Passport certificates not found and certificate >SAP Global Root CA< not found

Solution Manager is connecting in SAP backend through certificate authentication for Technical Communication Users
