Symptom
In systems running the old Business Partner (BP) model (i.e., where business function /SHCM/EE_BP_1 is inactive), the PTRV_VENDOR_SYNC table displays a field to maintain the number of days ("block days") to delay blocking vendors after employee termination. However, the system blocks employee vendors immediately upon termination, and the maintained value for "block days" in PTRV_VENDOR_SYNC has no effect. Customers expecting a delay in blocking for vendor transactions (e.g., for post-termination transactions such as reimbursements from SAP Concur) find that vendors are blocked right after termination.
