3679147 - Blank Page when accessing Pay Statement in SuccessFactors Employee Central

When trying to display the Pay Statement or Payslip for an employee and you may be facing one, some or all of the following symptoms:

• A BLANK page is displayed when accessing the Employee's Pay Statement.
• OR the following message is shown: "We are having trouble displaying the pay periods because you might not have any pay statements. If you think this is not correct, please contact your payroll administrator."
• The Browser's Developer Tools Console (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) may log the following Pay Statement related or similar resource requests:
  • Req in Event: /odatav4/payroll/ecp/paystatement/v1/$batch
  • Req in Event: /xi/ajax/remoting/call/plaincall/payrollControllerProxy.getInitData.dwr
  • Req in Event: /odata/v2/restricted/_PageMetaData_/getPageNavigations?moduleId=EMPLOYEE_FILE&geId=EMPLOYEE_FILE&geQualifier='PAY_STATEMENT'
• However, no resources are loaded, the connection times out and the following errror might appear: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ().

NOTE: this could also happen when accessing to Payroll System Information.
