Symptom
After the 2H 2025 (2511) release, To-Do tile is planned for deprecation, causing specific tiles such as “Business Process” (used to i.e. identify and resolve errors related to candidate integrations between Recruiting and Onboarding) to no longer appear, leading the customer to seek alternative ways to access this information.

Resolution
The removal of the To-Do Panel is currently an opt-in feature introduced with the 2H 2025 (2511) release. Customers can decide whether to adopt the new SAP user experience or continue using the legacy To-Do Panel for now.
The Product Team is still evaluating the future scope of To-Do tasks, and additional task types will continue to be added to the Home Page over time. However, for tasks that are not yet available on the Home Page or in other product areas (such as Business Process Errors), if customers would like to continue viewing their To-Do tasks, they can validate internally whether this new option can remain disabled in their system for the time being.
By keeping the legacy experience active, users retain access to the existing To-Do Panel, where they can continue viewing and managing all tasks, including Onboarding error notifications. The end of maintenance for the legacy To-Do Panel is planned for May 2027, allowing customers sufficient time to transition to the new experience once feature parity is achieved.
