3679208 - Problem printing the completion certificate

When adding Learning History records for multiple users in a class, the option to "Print" certificate generates a blank report

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. Access Learning Admin >
2. Access a class with multiple registrations >
3. On the Actions menu, click on "Add to Learning History" >
4. Select multiple users >
5. On the final step, click to "Print" certificate >
6. A blank certificate is generated

There was a problem when generating the completion certificate report for multiple users

The Engineering team has informed us that a fix for this scenario has been developed and will be delivered on the 2605 release, as per the dates informed on the  SAP Road Map Explorer.
