Symptom

  • The Inventory and Balance Ledger (SUNAT code 032000) report is generated empty.

Environment

  • SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run Statutory Reports - Peru GL Reporting.
  2. Filter by the report name: "PE_INVENTORY_BALANCE_LEDGER".
  3. Select the Report Name
  4. Select the activity: Peru Inventory and Balance Ledger.
  5. Select the Run Number XX. XX means the Run Number.
  6. Observe that the run status is "Generated successfully", but the file has 0 byte.

Cause

  • A possible cause of the issue is a missing sub node entry in the configuration of the Global Hierarchies.

Resolution

  1. Adjust the configuration in the Manage Global Hierarchies app in accordance with the below documentation.
