3679264 - role-based competencies missing in growth portfolio in sap successfactors succession & development

• Role-based competencies are missing from the growth portfolio for all users.
• The system appears to be correctly configured based on the review of KBA 3579753.
• The issue has persisted since the functionality was introduced and has never worked correctly.
• No error messages are reported

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2505

1. Log in to the solution.
2. Proxy to the Growth Portfolio and observe missing role-based competencies.
3. Navigate to Manage Job Profile content, search for the user's role and verify mapped job code, competencies, and skills.

Role & jobcode mapping object was set to "secured".

1. Navigate to Configure Object Definitions > Configure Object Definitions > Role & Job code mapping.
2. Take action > Make correction
3. Go to Security
4. Change the "secured" setting from "Yes" to "No".
5. Save the changes.
6. Verify that the role-based competencies are now displayed correctly in the Growth Portfolio.
