3679272 - Unexpected unit of measure selection for activity in CK11N/CK13N

Symptom

In CK11N/CK13N, cost estimate itemization shows a unit of measure for an activity type consumption that doesn't match the unit specified for the activity type in routing.

The same behaviour can also be seen in cost estimates created via CK40N costing runs or as part of sales order costing.
