3679305 - Joule configuration checking when it cannot return the response of transactional or navigational capability prompts

Symptom

  • Joule is already integrated with SAP Products capabilities.

  • Upon testing the respective capabilities prompts, Joule cannot return the transactional and navigational scenario, instead Joule always returns direct response such as:

    • "I cannot xxx".

    • The informational content sourced from the SAP Help documentation.
