• Candidates are stuck in the onboarding process at the specified step.
• Error message occurs when using DocuSign at the specified step.

• Country Compliance Forms

1. Log into the onboarding application.
2. Navigate to the onboarding tab and select the affected candidate.
3. Observe the error message when attempting to use DocuSign at the specified step.

• When the candidate reaches the specified step, the forms are deleted due to the reassignment of the onboarding activity.

1. Export the report with candidate names and HR Data IDs.
2. Create an internal ticket to move the candidates to the "Signed" status manually.
3. Confirm that the candidates are moved to the "Signed" status.
4. Verify that no notifications are sent to the candidates.
