Symptom
- Candidates are stuck in the onboarding process at the specified step.
- Error message occurs when using DocuSign at the specified step.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log into the onboarding application.
- Navigate to the onboarding tab and select the affected candidate.
- Observe the error message when attempting to use DocuSign at the specified step.
Cause
- When the candidate reaches the specified step, the forms are deleted due to the reassignment of the onboarding activity.
Resolution
- Export the report with candidate names and HR Data IDs.
- Create an internal ticket to move the candidates to the "Signed" status manually.
- Confirm that the candidates are moved to the "Signed" status.
- Verify that no notifications are sent to the candidates.
